- The company does not ship "signature required". Customers are responsible to have someone available to receive items when shipped.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Courier will hand in your delivery when you provide your Emirates ID / Passport and pay the total invoice amount.

The packaging is super. Didn't have to wait long for delivery either. I ordered the molasses catcher and the flask separately and asked the consultant which parts would fit better. This hookah has already become a classic. I picked it up for what I think is excellent traction and superior material quality. And also because I am sure it will last me more than a year or two!

MattPear is always high quality and thoughtful designs. The creators of this hookah know how to make their products stand out. This is my second hookah from this brand and I have become a fan. I love the magnetic connections here, it's a genius invention! Much more convenient than a screwed connection, everything is faster and easier to fix with magnets, now there is no problem to disassemble the before washing. All materials are of high quality, the manufacturer gives a one year warranty! This says about the durability of the device.

Hookah MattPear Simple M white slim, justifies the expectation and its cost. The manufacturer has tried to make the hookah convenient, beautiful, good to use. On initial use, no new smell of rubber, no defects. In half a year of use not once regretted that I chose this brand and model.
